Terms of service

The terms that govern your use of this site.

Plain-prose terms for a B2B marketing site — what Quorum Reach is, what we promise about the content we publish, who owns the site copy, and which use of the site is off limits. These terms cover the site itself; any engagement we invoice for is governed by a separate statement of work.

What this site is

This is a B2B marketing site. It describes the services Quorum Reach offers, the way we price them, and how to start a conversation. Service descriptions on this site are illustrative — the only binding descriptions are the ones in a fully signed statement of work, which surfaces the qualifying spec, the cadence, and the engagement shape.

Nothing on this site is an offer to enter a contract on terms that have not been negotiated and signed.

No outcome guarantees on outbound

Performance-pricing is billed on a defined qualifying spec — a written description of the firmographic, role, and intent criteria a lead has to meet before the meeting counts as billable. We hold ourselves to that spec in writing before any invoice ships, and we do not publish generic "X meetings in Y days" claims or "10× pipeline" multipliers. If a meeting does not match the spec we signed against, the invoice does not ship.

Total-meeting numbers in our case studies describe the engagements they came from, and the qualifying spec on each engagement is what the reader should compare against — not the aggregate count on its own.

Content accuracy disclaimer

The blog posts, webinar recordings, and case studies on this site are educational and reflect our perspective at the time they were written. They are not professional advice — legal, financial, or otherwise — and they are not a guarantee of future results on a specific engagement. Where a post references a metric or a vendor, the date and the engagement shape are noted so the reader can judge whether it still applies.

IP ownership

Site copy, design, and downloadable assets on this site are owned by Quorum Reach or our licensors, and are made available to you for personal reference only. Reproducing or redistributing them — in part or in whole — requires written permission. The outbound templates we generate inside our workflow tooling are generated client-side and belong to the client; nothing on this site claims an interest in them.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape this site, probe it with bots, or attempt to interfere with the submission of any contact or intake form. You may not use the site to deliver content that is unlawful where you or the recipient is located, and you may not attempt to reverse-engineer the application, the database schema, or the workflow that backs it.

We may suspend access — temporarily or permanently — for users who violate these rules, and we will tell you in writing when we do.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute is as agreed by the parties in any executed statement of work — where no SOW is in place, the parties will work in good faith to select a venue before any claim is filed.
